When I called to make a service appointment the receptionist did not tell me there was a 2 week wait list. She asked if I wanted to bring it in that day - which I did. I was assigned to Terry. When I arrived late afternoon he told me I was scheduled with Mike who was gone for the day. Terry told me there was a 2 week wait! The car had the check engine light on and several other issues so I didn't feel comfortable driving it back to Aledo. I was not happy about the customer service I'm getting from the dealer I purchased the car from. Mike did contact me the next day and said they would try to run a diagnostic on it but it might be 5-6 days. After 6 days I contacted Mike and he said they were just finishing up the car. Among other things there was a pinched wire under the manifold so a big thanks to the technician who found it and fixed it! And thanks to Mike for getting the car fixed before 2 weeks. Better communication would get 5 stars. More
