POOR Communication and poor attitude/bait and switch-just like every other scamming Dealer. I inquired about a used 3500 Ram diesel through the Autotrader website last Monday. The truck I wanted was still in like every other scamming Dealer. I inquired about a used 3500 Ram diesel through the Autotrader website last Monday. The truck I wanted was still in stock. I did the online trade appraisal on Grapevine Dodge website and it gave me a number, 3 days later then a "Manager" said he needed me to fill out another online trade appraisal and never got back with me. I am not upside down in my trade, my credit is not bad and this is how you treat customers? NOW I GOT A CREDIT INQUIRY FOR NOTHING..... I sent everything they needed to make this happen. They pulled my credit and thought things were moving but slowly. I had to constantly send emails on what was going on as it was passed to 3 different sales people there. During our email chain the communication was slow and poor-this went on for almost a week. Then Saturday (early) I sent email saying I was coming to look at the truck and gave a time with again no communication. Today, I emailed AGAIN and now the truck is sold. On top of all this, the staff at the dealership was incredibly inefficient. They seemed disinterested and disorganized, making the entire process feel like a waste of my time. It was evident that they had no respect for their customers' time or concerns. I can say with certainty that I will never CONTACT this dealership again. The way they conducted their business left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering a visit to be extremely wary of their practices. They didnt even say we could find you another or lets look at new......NOTHING....poor customer service skills. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE-GO TO ANOTHER DODGE DEALER. UPDATE-SINCE THIS REVIEW, THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER, WADE CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO WHAT HAPPENED AND SWITCH ME TO A NEW ONE.....THAT WAS 9:30 4:30 i MESSAGED HIM AND GOT I AM W CUSTOMERS AND BASICALLY (YOU DO NOT MATTER BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT INFRONT OF ME). SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID......AND SHOT MY CREDIT ALL OVER AND DROPPED MY SCORE. HORRIBLE, BROKEN PROMISES AFTER BROKEN PROMISES-RUN AWAY- DO NOT BUY HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
