I found her demeanor and style of sales welcoming and her knowledge of the product impressive. When I first arrived at Granite Run Buick/GMC she was anticipating my arrival with the information I requested on the vehicles I had seen online. After sitting in a few cars on the lot, Melissa suggested I try out a Buick Encore. I had never heard of an Encore before and I can say it wasn't even on my radar for SUVs that I was interested in. I always thought of Buicks as a "Grandpa car" and never thought of driving one let alone owning one. Well, long story short...I bought a fantastic 2015 used Buick Encore SUV and I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Melissa for showing me that there are other options out there, you found my (vehicle) perfect fit. He stayed right with us through the whole process and answered my million questions (sometimes twice). We had some concerns about the car we chose ans Sharif got it right into the service area to get it taken of. He also made sure our car came freshly detailed with a full tank of gas. Mellisa Haas imedietly responded with a very detailed description about the vehicle i was interested in, mind you this was 11:30pm . She set an appointment with me for this morning and all I can say is awesome. She is very attentive, has the answers you need and is very customer service oriented. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. The whole staff was on point from Mellisa the sales person to Mike the used car manager.
