If your not buying a new car they don't care. I was looking for a used GM suv and found a Yukon here... When I took a second look at vehicle noticed one door was rusting so knew something wasn't right. A new car sales man came out and I showed him my issues and he pointed me towards another Yukon which was new. I said I didn't want to spend that much and after that I was told that maybe I should look for something else. Nice to tell a perspective customer! More

Well I bought a jeep grand cherokee list price 39855, when we did the paper work it was after closing and all the finance guy was worried about was getting a drink. He just rushed my wife and I through saying everything is right just keep signing almost done. Well I should have stopped right there because they raised the price on the loan paper and when I called Dave he told me there is nothing he can do for me and it only adds a couple of dollars a month to your payment anyway. They are sneaks and thieves I do not recommend them for anything. More
Extremely Pleased With New Sales Department Employees I'll just start out by saying that I HATED the place that I purchased my last vehicle from with a fiery passion, as well as the vehicle itself. I went on Wednesday 6/17/15 & was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't bombarded with sleazy salesmen stalking me as I walked through the parking lot. I actually had to wait for a little while in order to talk to a salesperson & check out a potential new vehicle. I first sat & spoke with Mark O'Brien, the new car sales manager, regarding a potential purchase & the fees & monthly payments I'd be dishing out. He was upfront, pleasant & informative. He worked different scenarios for me & we worked out a great deal, but I wasn't ready just yet to sign on the dotted line. I next met with Sharif Mosley, a sales specialist to go for a test drive & find out what the buyout would be for my current SUV. He spent a lot of time with me going over everything & explaining it all to me. He wasn't pushy & didn't make me feel overwhelmed. I've had issues in the past while car shopping because I'm a female. A lot of salesmen act like you're an idiot & try to pull one over on you; this was absolutely not the case with Mark & Sharif. Although I didn't buy anything that night, I left the dealership feeling well informed & like I was being offered an extremely good deal. The next day I decided to just make sure that another car brand wasn't the way to go, so I checked out Ford. For a car that cost less than the one GMC had, they were telling me I'd have to put down double what I was willing to do, & that my monthly payment would be even more than what I was currently paying. They even went so far as to tell me that I could get a 2014 model, for $500 a month, with $4,500 down. That's ridiculous! By Friday I was back at GMC Granite Run and found out that just that day they got in the EXACT model Terrain I wanted, and matched the price they gave me on Wednesday. I was extremely ecstatic over my experience with GMC Granite Run, & loved working with Sharif & Mark and will be sending everyone I know to them in the future. In fact, my husband will be purchasing a vehicle with them in the near future! The service I received from Sharif & Mark went above and beyond the normal customer service I normally get, and for that I'm grateful! More
I dealt with Rafael, and Dave. See my issues below I sent this to the dealership: I recently bought a 2005 Z71 Chevy Colorado, from your dealership on Saturday Jan. 4, 2014. After speaking sent this to the dealership: I recently bought a 2005 Z71 Chevy Colorado, from your dealership on Saturday Jan. 4, 2014. After speaking with Rafael and one of your service managers we did end up purchasing the truck. They took off 300.00 because it has not had its 100,000 mile tune up. The Service manager (Dave) reassured us that it goes through full inspection at your shop and that its in great condition. Rafael informed us that we have 30 days in which to return this truck. We asked him this at least 5 times because we said, what if we get home and there is an oil leak the next day on the ground, that I cannot see now cause of the snow. Rafael said no problem you have 30 days in which to bring it back. Well since Sunday I had to go away for work, I've not driven the truck since Saturday when I brought it home. I got home yesterday and I went to start up the truck so that I could go to dinner and it had the worst god awful squealing noise to it. (I have the noise video taped) After about 20 mins it finally stopped. Since then there has been nothing but issues, I went to get gas today and they could not get the cap off!!! I had to get it home, and pry it off and buy a new one, and go out again to get a gas can full of gas and bring it back home since it was on empty. The transmission is shifting hard, all the sparks plugs have to be replaced, the driver side door will not close properly every time you shut it, it has an exhaust leak, the high beams keep getting stuck on, I found a blue rag under the hood next to the battery and the smell of the truck has not faded. Whatever was used to clean this truck is god awful and smells horrible. It also had a hard time starting today so it needed to be jumped which means it needs a new battery. I've not done anything to it yet because he has been working, I would like to know in detail how the 30 day return works because right now this is not looking good at ALL!! If something drastic happens before Feb. 2, 2014 we will be bringing this back. A full service check did not happen, if it did half of this would have been taking care of, especially the blue rag being under the hood. No answer - Monday I send this: In addition to the below. There is a leak on the driver side which has stained the ceiling and rug, There is an oil leak in where the spark plugs we’re and the attached is a picture of the tube that was smashed/dry rotted and caused more oil to leak on the ground. Needless to say an inspection was not done on this vehicle. Again please advise the 30day policy ASAP!! And I can tell you the 300.00 you gave us due to not having the 100,000 mile tune up was not enough at all! I received a call from Dave, to which he said they interviewed Rafael and he says he never said anything about a 30 day policy. If we couldnt bring it back we would of never of left with it, thats why we asked many times!!! He says we can have them look at it. What the xxxx is that gonna do, you said you looked at it before and you obviously lied to make the sale. This truck will be claimed as a lemon if i have anything drastic happen to it in the next few days. And I will receive my money. This dealership should not be trusted, I understand most dealerships lie here and there but this was way to far especially with all the issues!!!! They lied to make a sale and I wish i had recorded what they said. I dont like to put out 10,000 dollars to come home and work on the truck. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! More

Purchased 07 chevy tahoe ltz used in febuary-2009 . I declined. later within sevral days I noticed that i had a groove in my windsheil drivers sidethe radius of the winsheild wiper. THIS GM CERTIFIED CAR WENT PAST GRANITE RUN PONTIAC GMC SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH A ZIP TIE WRAPPED AROUND THE WIND SHEILD WIPER WHICH WORE A GROOVE INTO WINSHEILD. THAT DID`NT WANT TO REPLACE WIND SHEILD WIPER OR DID NOT INSPECT VEHICLE . THIS IS 1 OF GM`S CHECKS THAT THEY SAY THEY PERFORM BEFORE A VEHICLE IS CERTIFIED . THATS A (LIE)!!! CALLED RYAN IRISH SAID THERE IS NOTHING HE COULD DO. THEN I CALLED GM TO COMPLAIN A REP SAID ALL THEY COULD DO IS GET RYAN IRISH ON THE PHONE AND HAVE A 3 WAY CONVERSATION. SO WE DID AND RYAN IRISH WAS IRATE ON THE PHONE COMPLAINING I NEVER GAVE HIM A CHANCE TO LOOK AT IT . THGATS AS FAR AS IT WENT BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY. More
