Hi, went to Granute dealership and w a s met away by Robert we talked about my life alittle and not about cars. I feel taken advantage of from the general manager; his game of deal or no no deal is a tactic used to distract buyers from the fact that they just want to take your money. They don’t even offer a fair tr game of deal or no no deal is a tactic used to distract buyers from the fact that they just want to take your money. They don’t even offer a fair trade value for your car, so do your research first or else they’ll pounce on that opportunity. And be prepared because whatever price they “agree to” goes up once you get into the finance office and they push the up sell. Horrible experience that I am still so upset about. More
