He fixed knock sensor and ran software update but unfortunately he forgot to reconnect a small radiator hose and the car overheated before I made it home. When I made my appointment for my oil change, I discussed the mailer cupon i had received and confirmed the price of the oil change would be $59. He said he would write a note to that effect. So I was very surprised when I went to pay and instead of $59, it was $99. I am on a budget and was not prepared for the extra charge. Not happy about it. More
