It took 2 hours for a routine oil change - I suspect they forgot to inform me the work was completed. And I brought to the attention of your crew that I had a chip in my windshield, which is covered by the m forgot to inform me the work was completed. I was told that they would schedule an appointment with the windshield replacement company and then contact me - that never happened, which is disappointing. The staff is very pleasant and the facility excellent but it's difficult to give a good review when you failed to accomplish two fairly simple tasks. Jeff Clark More
