Chris Yocum went out of his way to explain what might be happening to my vehicle (since this was a two visit diagnosis). I had trouble with the car, but once at the dealership, it wouldn't exhibit the prob happening to my vehicle (since this was a two visit diagnosis). I had trouble with the car, but once at the dealership, it wouldn't exhibit the problems I was having. On my second visit, he carefully went over everything, and even found that my problem was still covered by warranty. When picking up the car after the repair, he helped with another problem that I was having with my rear view mirror. Overall, I would rate this an excellent service visit, primarily because of the customer service received from Chris. I will certainly request him for future visits. More

He was able to answer our car questions and some of the financial ones and if not then he would get the answer for us. They were able to give us a better deal then what autotrader had offered. Tom is a friendly sales person and not pushy. More
I have a 2006 Chevy Colorado with 45,000 miles on it to trade. I was interested in a VW bug they had on the lot. I communicated with Kaleigh, via text message and made an appointment to have the Colorado trade. I was interested in a VW bug they had on the lot. I communicated with Kaleigh, via text message and made an appointment to have the Colorado appraised. She told me to be there at 615, and ask for the sales manager. I arrived at 610, and asked for the sales manager. An older gentleman asked me what I needed. I explained I had an appointment. He said, "for what?" I explained the why I was there. He said, "why are you here? This is just a little bitty car lot." He told me that he he couldnt even look at my truck, to take it down the street to the "other grahams." He then told me that the VW Bettle that they have on the lot, had a bad transmission, broken mirror, no operating dash vents, and a trunk that wouldnt open. They were asking nearly 7,000.00 for a 2001 VW Bettle with all of that in need of repair, not to mention it had over 85000. I would avoid this place at all costs. More
I went into the Chevrolet parts and service department looking for a washer fluid nozzle for my 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The service worker, Samuel Crum, looked up the part on his computer and found th looking for a washer fluid nozzle for my 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The service worker, Samuel Crum, looked up the part on his computer and found the part I needed. His exact words were, "You are not gonna like the price." I said, How much is it. He said $25.54. I asked if I could buy this part at an auto parts store? He says the only places I will find this part is through them and maybe a junk yard. So, I bought the part. If I would have done anything different, I would have checked an auto parts store first, because when I got home, I looked on the internet and sure enough, an auto parts store carries the part I needed for much less than I paid at Graham's. I thought to myself, That is a shady way to do business. Telling someone that they can only get the part through them or a junk yard. I understand that Graham's is a business and in business to make money, but I don't agree with Mr. Crum's sales strategy. It is very shady and I will state for the record here and now, I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Graham Automall in Mansfield again. They are ripoff artists and crooks. More
I have never experienced such care, before, during and after the sale. All transactions have been professional, everyone we've dealt with has been courteous, and the care after the sale has been phenomen after the sale. All transactions have been professional, everyone we've dealt with has been courteous, and the care after the sale has been phenomenal. Words can't express how appreciative we are of the service this dealership has offered us. When our check engine light came on shortly after our purchase we were worried, but one call eased my mind and we had the vehicle back to Masfield within the week. Our expectations have been met and exceeded. There was one other issue we had two weeks later and again, we took the van back over to have their expert technicians take a look. This issue was cosmetic, but they provided us with an amazing compromise which has ensured we will continue to do business with Graham for years to come! More
I don’t think my husband and I could have gotten better service anywhere else! We went to Graham Used Car Outlet. At first we were told we wouldn’t be able to get a Van there since we lived outside of the service anywhere else! We went to Graham Used Car Outlet. At first we were told we wouldn’t be able to get a Van there since we lived outside of the limits (We had driven over an hour from where we lived to come to Mansfield), but they made an acceptation with us since we made a bigger down payment. (It was so nice how they worked with us!) We had been to many other dealerships within our city, and this place was by far the best place we went to. The sales consultant, Kevin, was easy to talk to and helpful to answer all our questions. He really made us feel like he was there for "us", and that we weren’t “just another sale.” Unfortunately, the next day the “check engine light” came on our Van. We didn’t have a warranty with the Van, so I gave Kevin a call. He talked it over with his sales manager Pat, and he agreed to take care of it! So we brought the Van back to Mansfield, and they replaced what was needed, and just completely took care of everything! A++ service! Even the staff (Thad) that work in the Ford service department were friendly and helpful. They offered a shuttle service, so we spent time at the mall while they worked on the Van. You just don’t get service like this anywhere. So I knew that I wanted to get on the internet and post a couple reviews somewhere about this place. And just for the record, we are VERY pleased with our Van! It runs like it is brand new! More
Jason was very polite, like an old friend. He was never pushy nor was he putting down other auto makers or dealerships, like I found at most other dealerships. I've bought the families last 5 cars there. pushy nor was he putting down other auto makers or dealerships, like I found at most other dealerships. I've bought the families last 5 cars there. 2 new and 3 used. I found the exact same cars (mileage, color, options) in Columbus and surrounding areas and they were $2k-7k (Ford F150 19k in Cols, 12k at Graham) more expensive. Jason has sent us regular letters asking how our vehicles were doing a couple times a year. I just recently bought the 4th and 5th vehicles. I don't have the gas money to waste my time looking elsewhere. More
My husband and I stopped by here to look for a truck or SUV. The guys didn't even want to give us the time of day. Finally one of the older gentlemen that worked there brought his arrogant self over to us SUV. The guys didn't even want to give us the time of day. Finally one of the older gentlemen that worked there brought his arrogant self over to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him. I continued to walk around the lot and look. My husband asked a few questions and he said "yeah a truck like that you would have to pay at least $600 bucks a month" I was like a used truck?? It was only like 22,000 dollars. I was like what. Then the arrogant man walked over to his old arrogant co-workers and kept right on talking. My husband and I left and never thought about them again. I've even made it clear to some family in friends in Mansfield not to waste their time cause they have an "you are not good enough" or "im better than you attitude". what did my husband and I do. Went about 5 miles away to Whitey's automall and GUESS WHAT?? We bought us an SUV. Imagine we could get something not $600 a month. HMMM ... More
