Recently purchased a used 20 Traverse, I had the vehicle serviced and went to pick it up and I forgot a coupon with a savings of 20.00. they refused to give it to me because I did not have the coupon with serviced and went to pick it up and I forgot a coupon with a savings of 20.00. they refused to give it to me because I did not have the coupon with me. I had the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had from Graham Automall. I worked with James Avila and he made the process simple. So I had a 55 dollar coupon for oil change, tire rotation and check the brakes and all the other levels, they completely destroyed one of my lug nuts and said they were swelling [really?] so in other words t and check the brakes and all the other levels, they completely destroyed one of my lug nuts and said they were swelling [really?] so in other words they did not rotate the tires because they wanted to charge 140 for lug nuts and didn't check my brakes and 55 turned into 77 without completing the inspection, I WILL NEVER take any of my vehicles to this place again, now I have to fix the lug nuts because of them tearing one up. so dissatisfied with the work done to my vehicle More

Bought a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid and I was treated with the upmost respect. There was no pressure and they did not charge any "market adjustment" just straight up MSRP. Well when u have bought a Lemon 2018 Chevy equinox and they don’t stand behind it they call the Ontario Police Department on u when they know they r in the wrong. I have had my car in here at least 6 times due to engine light always comes on and I lose horsepower. Spend 1,400 Nov 29,2021 did electrical wiring on it. Light has came back on 3 more times . Then just yesterday took it in and all they did was reset the code and sent me back I drove on 30 ALMOST died not more than 5 mins after they said it was okay and SAFE TO DRIVE. I went back in and said u put your family in that if it’s so safe to drive. They said I was causing a scene there was no one in there so how so. I was told if I ever return I will be arrested by their assistance manager. The service team worker had my keys so I couldn’t leave and I saw my keys in the table I grabbed them so I wouldn’t get arrested. I need a lawyer to sue them but have no $ any suggestions. I am already going after GM have a lawyer in Michigan. More
This dealership has been ripping people off for years. By far the most expensive service dept I have ever dealt with. The latest scam I ran into was they want to charge me $130 to replace a 1x8 in plastic st far the most expensive service dept I have ever dealt with. The latest scam I ran into was they want to charge me $130 to replace a 1x8 in plastic strip that covers the channel where a luggage rack would go. Car is 3 years old! Should not have came off anyway. That piece has to take less than 5 mins to install. Please beware and if you have some time, take the trip south to Columbus for all your car shopping. Will save thousands. More
