First time for service here, but it won't be the last I came in for an oil change, but realized I also needed a transmission flush which I hadn't scheduled. I was lied to twice by this company in this collision center I cannot even begin to start with the issues that I have had with this place. I took my car in because it was in an accident and my insurance company I cannot even begin to start with the issues that I have had with this place. I took my car in because it was in an accident and my insurance company (Geico) was covering repairs and the rental car for 30 days. According to both Geico and Randy Hilton the car should have been done in 10 days. 1. I continued to call Randy Hilton for weeks and almost never got a call back or able to get into contact with him. So I went down there to talk to him. While I was down there he would tell me that my car would be done by the end of the week. He told me this 3 weeks in a row. 2. On the 31st day I called them and complained to the manager there. Since I was told the vehicle would be done ten days after why is it now day 31. He told me it had taken so long because they continued to call Geico multiple times and got no response from them. He told me they were waiting on Geico for parts. When I called Geico the same day they told me that when the Gosch called (which was only twice) they went out the same day to talk to them. I called Gosch back to confront them and they said NOTHING!!! (LIE NUMBER ONE!!) Except that they will pay for my rental until the car is finished. I asked when it would be done and they told me 2 weeks from that day. They told me they would call if it was finished before then. 3. On day 45! I called them and they told me the car has been done for a week now. They told me that they have been calling, leaving voicemails and emailing me for the past week that my car has been finished. (LIE NUMBER TWO!!!!) I HAVE NOT received a single call email or voicemail. They then told me they will not pay for my rental car for the past week since my car has been finished. It is funny how the same thing the told me about Geico how they continued to call them and never got an answer from them was a lie, they told me the same thing! I asked them multiple times when did they call because i have no record of it, and again Randy Hilton told me "I called you on the 5th twice, on the 6th twice and once on the 7th." Yet i still have nothing from them. I am curious on how they had finished the vehicle and spoke to enterprise to tell them they are not paying for the rental a week ago, when enterprise DID NOT call me to tell me our rental car is up and they need it back. You would think enterprise would call me and let me know that no one is paying for the rental car any longer. All in all i will never be going back there. I WILL NOT deal with a company in which it's employees lie to customers! ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS!! More
