Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize. After reviewing the situation, this was completely a mistake on our part, and I understand your frustration. We failed in our communication and scheduling process, and that is not the level of service we strive to provide. I also want to apologize for the earlier experiences you had with our service department after purchasing your truck. Multiple visits combined with poor communication understandably damaged your trust in us, and this most recent situation only added to that frustration. The mobile service scheduling system is new, but regardless of the transition, the responsibility is ours, not yours. You should never have been left waiting all day only to find out your appointment had not been properly scheduled. Your time is valuable, and we did not respect it the way we should have. I truly appreciate you speaking with me directly and giving me the opportunity to explain what happened, even though it did not change the inconvenience this caused before your trip. Feedback like yours is difficult to hear, but it is important, and we are using it to address both our internal processes and our communication with customers moving forward. Hi Rachelle, After having been in your office this morning (03.11.26) with Chris and then feeling dismissed by you without even a discussion that transpired, I have doubts about the sincerity of you wanting details and addressing my concerns. I was there for over an hour and saw you twice as you passed by me. My faith in Gosch Ford is completely shattered. I just want my truck fixed and returned to me ASAP. This has dragged on for over a week now (yes, I got to drive it for a while), but it is still not completely right. Chris Vecchi is a great service advisor and it's too bad he has to run interference for the service department. Bottom line with the "Whole Story" is the service department (Chris excluded) has failed me as a customer.
