Kenn Olson is the Man! Had an issue with my 17 Focus RS witht airbag light coming on several times. Although the first time I showed up the airbag light decided not come on Had an issue with my 17 Focus RS witht airbag light coming on several times. Although the first time I showed up the airbag light decided not come on (like always) Kenn told me to come back without an appointment to scan the error code. Later on that day, the light came back on, gave Kenn a call and he had me come in. Kenn was great throught the whole process, ordering the required sensor and putting me in a rental for the day. The RS was done the next day earlier than expected. Kenn Olson really took care of me and this is why I will always service my Ford at Gosch Temecula. Thanks again Kenn! More

She really is the best! When Gosch bought Rancho Ford the service dept went a little downhill. Twice I had to utilize the service center when Rachel was out and both experiences were awful.
