A part had to be ordered which came in quickly & I had my car back in just a couple days. During the service time I needed to retrieve items from my car - Cameron facilitated that for me. He was able to have a couple Ford discounts applied for the work done - total was slightly less than suggested, which was appreciated. Wasn't perfect, but still a 5 I took my Transit van in to have a rear door latch fixed. They had to order the part. A few days later they called that the part was in so I made an appointment. When they went to install the part, the part was defective. My service advisor, Trevor, arranged for me to have a rental car and had my part overnighted. My van was fixed by 1pm the next day. Rental car covered by the dealer = great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my future service needs. More
