Assessed car problems in a matter of two hours; received call they couldn’t find problems. Unsure if it was actually checked because still having same exact issues with sunroof where it vibrates when closin call they couldn’t find problems. Really frustrating just wondering if there is lack of knowledge, patience or just flat out lazy. More

Not the greatest customer service. High are high and things should have been caught when I was in for an oil change. Got charged $200 for going back over what was done 2 weeks prior.
