Had my car 4 weeks A different dealership had it before them but they insisted I had to remove remote starter to get repair done, I contacted Ford and no I didn't,but 1st dealership broke the remote starte them but they insisted I had to remove remote starter to get repair done, I contacted Ford and no I didn't,but 1st dealership broke the remote starter,drive it to this place , they had it 4 weeks , I was very patient because of the constant promises that they may be able to fix the starter ,when I picked up the car ,I noticed the remote starter antenna and moduler was REMOVED, I had to go back the next day and pick it up ! There was no reason they took it off .....and said nothing to me. It's so disappointing, and now to get it working again ( I've only had this car 7 months ) I will have to pay the whole new fee . I really trusted this place , At first they made me feel like I was heard and validated, but after this ,I feel like a JOKE to them 😔. More

The service writer was fine, but the process was terrible. I had a recall on the camera and it would take up to an hour for them to diagnose the issue. then was told after dropping it off that the r terrible. I decided to go ahead and pay for diagnosing the camera issue on my own dime. I waited for about 2.5 hours for them to diagnose the issue. My original appointment was 11 AM and didn’t get out of the dealership until 2:30. Nothing prior to the diagnosis appointment telling me to be prepared for that long of wait. Overall I hate going to dealerships and this whole thing felt like a scam to get me to come in and pay for a diagnostics test (on a known issue according to Ford). More
