Professional/Friendly Dealership I found a loaded 2015 BMW X3 M SPORT online at Global Luxury Imports. After doing some research on the dealership, I found that they basically had a 99% positive approval rating. Mike Tracz responded to my email for more information on the vehicle. I was offered a good price on my 2011 BMW X3 trade in and negotiated a very reasonable price for the 2015, all via text and email. I was a little skeptical when Mike told me they could compete on financing rates but not only did they compete; they beat my credit union. I put Mike through the ringer with questions and request about the 2015, he always responded professionally. I drove from Nashville to Chicago to pick up my new vehicle. After a test drive, I asked Mike if he would put the vehicle on a lift so I could inspect the underside. Mike and the service tech had it up and ready for inspection in no time. Went for a test drive, found nothing wrong with the vehicle and closed the deal. The entire process took less than 2 hours and we were on the road back to Florida.
