Best car sales experience ever....what a pleasure! I was looking for a car that would deliver good mileage but also be sporty and comfortable for my long trips. The 5 series BMW diesel came to my mind but I didn't want to spend the money to get a brand new car. I heard about Global Luxury Imports from my brother so I checked out their website and they had a car with the options I was looking for so I called the dealership with some hesitation because I live in New Jersey and the dealership is Burr Ridge, IL. The receptionist Nadia introduced herself and offered to help me and I was connected to Mike Tracz, the sales consultant. Mike was very patient with the many questions I had regarding shipping the car, insurance, car fax information etc. The car had about 11900 miles and was in the color I was looking for, had the M package and x drive so I decided to make an offer. We finally compromised on a fair price pending approval from the sales manager. Mike called back in exacly 10 minutes with the approved price and so we shook hands over the phone. The car was shipped and delivered to me at the exact moment I asked Mike to deliver the car because I was working that day. The truck driver who delivered the car was very nice and spoke well of Global Luxury Imports. I am happy with the car and with the way Mike was patient and honest with me. Mike also gave me his cellphone number in case I had any questions or concerns. I enjoyed buying my car from Global Luxury Imports and To be honest it was a pleasure dealing with Mike. More

Great folks to deal with....expedient deal closure I had identified a vehicle of interest that Global had in their inventory, and subsequently made a visit to their facility in the Chicago area. I had basically 5 hours to review, and consummate the sales transaction for the vehicle, before having to catch my return flight home. Al, Mike, Nadia and Matt were instrumental in handling every part of the process, which included my test drive of the vehicle to inspecting it on a lift with their technical team. They also orchestrated having the vehicle shipped directly to me which went very well. I appreciate the tenacity and professionalism of the team, and would not hesitate to do business with them again for a future vehicle. More
