Beware of this dealership I would give them negative stars if I could. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these guys if you don't have the opportunity to inspect first I would give them negative stars if I could. I've bought several cars from out of state and never had issues, so I had to trust their salesman. Spoke to Mike Tracz about a 2014 Stingray. Said it was absolutely "showroom condition" said not a dent, ding or scratch anywhere. Told me it had the dual mode exhaust, remaining factory warranty etc. He even took a walk around video of the car upon my request. Unfortunately for me he made sure the video showed everything BUT the damaged part on the bumper. The camera conveniently panned away at that point. Well, everything sounded good so I bought it and shipped it to California. As soon as it arrives we notice a dented bumper with cracked paint, headlight has separation from the impact, hood misaligned, scratch/crack on lower rocker panel and that's not even all of it. Poor car was extremely beat up for a '14 with 11k miles on it. We called them as soon as it arrived and let them know the issues. The manager Al said "don't worry we'll take care of you". Well months of back and forth they wouldn't do a xxxx thing to fix the issues. I grew tired of their lies and lack of communication and contacted the IL attorney general. Only then did they send me $1700 (repairs were estimated at $6k). About 3 weeks after I have it, starter goes out, I get stuff happens. I take it to the dealer to get it fixed and low and behold they say it does not have any remaining warranty, it's been blocked by GM, so another lie from Mike T and I could go on. Long story short, these guys are scam artists with poor vehicles. If you intend to buy from them do full research on the car, check for remaining warranties with a real dealership, pay for an inspection from a reputable inspector as it'll save you money in the long run. With that said I'd suggest looking elsewhere these guys could care less about you after the vehicle is delivered...consider yourself warned. I paid a fair price and received outstanding service, form a final "clean" touch-up on the car to loaning me an IPass so I didn't have to feed the baskets on the way home. I was also presently surprised to leave the dealership with plates on the car and avoiding the stop at the DMV. I might have found a similar car at a better price, but I left with peace of mind knowing the detailed history of a well taken care of ride. I would buy again form this dealership and highly recommend you consider them if they have a ride of interest to you. More
