Great Buying Experience I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Global Luxury Imports (GLI). First, the entire staff was very professional. My salesman Zach was wore a I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Global Luxury Imports (GLI). First, the entire staff was very professional. My salesman Zach was wore a tie everyday to work everyday and took his job seriously. He promptly followed up with all of my requests and checked in to see if I had any questions. When I found the car, I wanted I asked Zach to get me the best price the could offer. Zack spoke with Al, and GLI provided their best price within 15 minutes. GLI provided a very fair amount for my trade and I accepted their offer. Mike (the business manager) got me approved for financing within 60 minutes and drove off with my new 2014 Mercedes Benz GL 450 a few hours later. The GL 450 had really worn floor matts from the previous owner and GLI replaced them for free. The pair of headphones for the two seat monitors were missing too, GLI replaced them free of charge. GLI is a great dealership. All cars are kept inside and the dealership is spotless. These guys take selling luxury cars serious. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high-end luxury vehicle. Very happy customer. Jason More

My only complaint is that after we had committed to purchasing the Porsche we selected, that evening we saw that they had another one listed that we wanted to take a look at. I called and set an appointment to view that new one and was later told that it was out as a loaner car. The next day I went back to pick up the car we had originally decided on and saw that the other car we wanted to view was actually back in the service area. Not a big thing as we are quite happy with the Porsche we selected however it would have been nice just to take a look at the other one and do a comparison. Besides that we are very happy with the overall experience with GLI. Thank you. More

I bought one of the cheapest cars they had but they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive. They are great folks. The receptionist even got to know my name and would recognize me on the phone. They were open to all my requests and they delivered on time. The price I paid was fair and arrived at with a bit of enjoyable negotiation! No fun if you can't bargain! I bought a Porsche Cayenne GTS and I love it. More

However, the car needed a new clutch when I received it. Global worked with me on the situation to both of our agreement. As with any used car purchase do not expect every item to be checked by any dealer or their techs. Highly recommend getting an inspection from the a car dealer to alleviate any concerns.
