I'm not writhing to down talk the dealership because I really enjoyed my visit there. But I brought a used 97 Dodge Caravan and I no with a used car comes some type of problems. With-in the second week of having the car the entire dash lights went out and nothing works there any more.I went to two auto shops that said the lights had a problem and it was just temporarily fix.I have not had the car for thirty days and I feel like I went to the auction and brought a car where I no I didn't want to buy a car from, because you have no idea of what your getting. So I drove out to Glenview,Ill thinking I would not have problems like this. Yes I have and still will recommend this dealership but can someone please call me and just tell me why this happen. I bought a Kizashi GTS with one additional add-on "an auto dimming rear view mirror" and also buff the paint as it felt like there were some blemishes as part of the sales contract For some reason J "an auto dimming rear view mirror" and also buff the paint as it felt like there were some blemishes as part of the sales contract For some reason Jamie never gave me the document "What we owe" which had the details. Jamie never set up appointment to get the part installed. After a month i learnt that he was not working for Them anymore after repeated trying to reach them for an appointment to get it installed . I still tried to get the part installed. And when i ended up going to the dealership after 6 months also was a service trip they tell me "A bad news"(in the delearship words) that i should have called within 3 days of buying the car to get the part installed. Now they donot even acknowledge the fact that the i havnt signed the piece of paper which says so. Very bad customer service once the car is signed off. Also i have to confirm but the service guy did something that is causing a smell in my car and also looks like an oil leak and its just yesterday i got the first maintenance done on a brand new car. I will try and stay away from these guys and will recommend to my friends not to go to these guys even though i love the car(Kizashi GTS), it was a mistake on my part to have bought it from "Suzuki of Glenview" More
