I had a great experience at Suzuki of Glenview. My salesperson, Robert, was very knowledgeable and made the whole car buying process easy for me. I knew what their inventory was because I had done some research online, so for me, it was more a general idea of the car type I wanted, the cost and how that was going to break down into monthly payments. He took into account everything I told him and walked me around the lot and pointed out the cars he thought suited my criteria. He never once tried to steer me toward a more expensive car. I test drove the ones I liked and was able to make a decision in a relatively short time. We completed the paperwork, with him explaining each item in detail and being very patient with my million questions. I walked out of the dealership less than three hours later with a car I love at a price I love just as much. Robert and the rest of the Suzuki of Glenview team were great and I love my new car! For probably three weeks I had been searching for a used Wrangler that would suit my needs and my budget. On a random internet search I came across Suzuki of Glenview and they happened to have just model I Wrangler that would suit my needs and my budget. I sent an inquiry e-mail and received a response from Rob within ten minutes. I went into the dealer later that day and met with Rob to check out the car. Rob was extremely professional and at no time did he try to pressure me into a sale. Although it was a Jeep, Rob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even provided me with information that various Jeep dealers failed to mention. When it came time to start figuring out numbers, both Rob and the finance manager not only met, but exceeded my original expectations in regards to financing, price of my trade-in, and price of my purchased vehicle. This was honestly one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle, and I would definitely recommend Rob and this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

I had been looking around for some used Tahoes when I stumbled across this dealership. I saw an 07 loaded up one for a really good price, so I called in and made an appointment. I was skeptical of the vehicle because of the low price. So we went and checked it out and it was in pretty good shape. Needed some new belts and tires. And the service light was on for the stability control. Rob was very informative and friendly. Sometimes salespeople get very annoyed because I can be meticulous when I'm looking at cars, but he was very patient and courteous and I never once felt pressured. So we went inside to talk over price. I figured the Tahoe needed a couple grand I would have to put into it. We haggled back and forth a couple of times and then Ziggy introduced himself and gave a final price. I had to talk it over with my wife but later that week we decided to do it. Working with these guys was great, we also got an awesome deal on an extended warranty from Sebastian. I think I might have been able to get the car a little bit cheaper...but I'm still very satisfied with my overall experience here and will refer friends and family. :D More

I went to a local Suzuki dealership primarily because it was local and I had heard good things about the Suzuki product. My intention was to purchase a new car. The sales consultant I dealt with was Eli D was local and I had heard good things about the Suzuki product. My intention was to purchase a new car. The sales consultant I dealt with was Eli Daniel who was extremely friendly and personable. I never felt pressured and their was none of the typical "sales activities" that one associates with car shopping. In fact, I was a bit surprised by the ease of the process. After my decision to purchase, my experiences with Sebastian, the Business Manager, were also pleasant and "pain-free." I am more than content with my purchase (an SX4) and there was never a moment of buyer's remorse. I am looking forward to future opportunities to take business to Suzuki of Glenview. More
