We called into the dealership to negotiate the price on a used van we found online. We agreed on a price and drove down from Wisconsin. When we arrived we found out that they got to that price by dropping th used van we found online. We agreed on a price and drove down from Wisconsin. When we arrived we found out that they got to that price by dropping the lifetime powertrain warranty from the vehicle. This was never discussed with us, only the price. We then found out that the warranty was only good if you did all of your service at the dealership. Online it listed the vehicle as certified which the type of vehicle we bought, a Chrysler, is usually factory certified. It turned out to be in house certified and the warranty was bogus. They would not do anything for misleading us, not even discount the vehicle an additional $100. Worst experience you could ever have at a dealership. Stay away from them, they are liars. More
