I visited Glenn Auto Mall on July 18, 2012, to look for a car for my daughter. I did not purchase a car only because my daughter had her ' sights ' locked in on another vehicle. I would recommend ANYONE needing a used or new vehicle to talk with Joe Bodkin at Glenn Auto Mall. Joe was very knowledgable of the vehicles, warranties, explained the used ( certified ) vehicle policy. Joe was very patient with all of our questions. It was 100 degree in the shade but Joe did not rush us and was very courteous and attentive. It is a rarity to find a salesman that wants to sell you a product that truly meets YOUR needs. Joe was GREAT ! Please give him a call if you are in the market for a vehicle ! More

Living on borderline of WV/OH, I searched for 6 weeks for a nice used car that gets great mileage. Absolutely no luck with any WV or OH dealer. In despair, I called my daughter in Berea, KY to discuss my sit a nice used car that gets great mileage. Absolutely no luck with any WV or OH dealer. In despair, I called my daughter in Berea, KY to discuss my situation. She immediately ORDERED me to call Glenn Auto, as she and her 5 friends had bought used cars from Glenn's recently. Reluctantly, I did call, and Greg Yaden returned my call. Honestly, I just told him the basic car I needed -- dependendable, reasonably priced, and excellent gas mileage. At this point, I could care less about the model, year, or color. I felt desperate. Seems like immediately, Greg and Barb (in finance) called and said they had located me a car that I would appreciate. I explained that I could not afford to drive there and take chance of disappointment. Never fear, Greg had this car (totally unseen) brought to my home in WV and Barb sent finance paperwork. My family and I totally loved everything about the car. It was a later model than I expected, a much prettier color than I had ever had, and in tip-top condition, and best of all -- 35 miles to a gallon!!!! I have never, and probably will never, witness such a delightful experience going in debt for a car. In my 41 years of marriage with 30-plus years of working, our family has always purchased new cars, afraid of used cars. Now, on social security, we cannot afford new cars, but I must admit that I feel just as happy with this used car. I am grateful to Greg and Barbara who "stepped up" to help out-of-state elderly folks who felt betrayed by neighborhood dealerships. I plan to tell my WV/OH friends about this wonderful experience, and hopefully they, too, will call Greg Yaden at Glenn's in Lexington, KY. Thanks for this opportunity to express my appreciation. Easy to deal with and straight forward, (Yes he Gives you real Answers!), nice, and actually cares about would have our business over and over again! I owned a 2002 Malibu, and it was slowly giving in. I met with Marc about getting it fixed, and then discovered it was more of a hazard than I thought. The teamwork at Glenn was amazing! Ive never seen such a forward-focused team that still has genuine concern for the customer! Marc, Lisa, Barb, and Charles ALL worked together to ensure a successful, satisfying purchase (there were a few bumps in the road). It seemed as if nothing would stop them to make sure I was happy and completely comfortable with my purchase. When I finally decided on a car, Lisa's financing genius put me under my expected budget! I couldnt stop smiling... I was financed on my own, and it was all mine! The folks at Glenn were so awesome, I brought my mom back two days later! More
We previously bought 2 cars from Glenn and always had a positive experience. We live in Harrodsburg, and ended up buying our last car from a local dealer. After the sale there was no follow through. So it was a no-brainer for us to go back to Glenn for our next vehicle. We called & went in on a day when our previous salesman was off, but we were lucky enough to talk with and meet Gregg Yaden. Gregg is personable, informative, honest, and just a pleasure to deal with. And he's a used car salesman! He let us look to our heart's content and there was absolutely no pressure to leave there that day with a car. He was obviously concerned with what would make us happy and meet our needs in the long-term and not closing a deal that day. We did find a car that day, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata with only 21,000 miles on it. He saw to every detail (filling the car up with gas, scheduling some minor repairs) with a smile. We were also fortunate enough to work with Olivia in Financing. Even at 9 months pregnant she took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were getting the best interest rate available. She explained everything in layman's terms and didn't rush through the paperwork, but instead let us direct the pace. The financing is often a nerve-wracking part of purchasing a car, but she was so down-to-earth and approachable that it wasn't at all intimidating. We had such a great experience that just 2 1/2 weeks later we ended up buying a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder from Gregg. Unfortunately for us, Olivia had her baby the day before we purchased this one so we didn't get to see her this time. But we were still well taken care of. I highly recommend Glenn Hyundai, and ESPECIALLY Gregg Yaden to my friends & family. They treat you like family and want to make sure you are satisfied even after the sale. More

I initially emailed my interest in a few vehicles to Zach; he assisted me with the financing, and without haggling at all a very fair price on the car I selected. I came in well below my desired payment range and left with the car I really wanted. Everyone at Glenn is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help, not just make a sale. Very pleased overall, and will continue to send people to Zach and Glenn Auto Mall. More
