Inflated add-ons and no transparency Stay away unless you like being blind folded into paying more. Went to lease a new car, with price quote from true car confirmed twice. When I arrived I was told that true car price does not include dealer add-ons. Was quoted a monthly payment, which didn't match my homework number and would cost me $2000 (20% !) more. When I asked to show me the details, like residual and money factor, the guy looked surprised and very reluctant. Then I asked to show me the price of add-ons and again got no answer. At that point I had enough so I left. As I was leaving, I noticed that the car I was looking to lease had the price sticker removed, unlike all other cars on the lot. The test drive was nice, but everything else was a total scam. I leased quite a few cars and that's the first time I see such a shady practice. To be clear, I don't think the guy I dealt with is the problem (he was actually very nice), it's the dealership practice and lack of transparency which is the issue. More
