Horrible follow up help After getting the car that I really wanted. I used my old car as a trade in. Yet I'm still getting notifications from the DMV stating that I need a re After getting the car that I really wanted. I used my old car as a trade in. Yet I'm still getting notifications from the DMV stating that I need a release of liability then a notice of of intent to suspend my registration 6 weeks after I bought the car. When I called the dealership Ruby states that she will email the release of liability to me (2 weeks later nothing). Spoke to Justin in sales and he says he will give Ruby the message first thing in the morning 215pm still waiting for a phone call. Ask for GM Abel and I get disconnected. I trying calling back and he has his called screened and mine goes to voicemail. More
