Although I do enjoy driving my Hyundai vehicle I cannot express the same sentiment for the service provided to me that day. The simple miscommunication of the seller (Samir) with the accountant (Carmen) paved the way for my car to not be insured when my car was hit when it was parked outside of my house. I would hope that this is not the way that Hyundai operates its sales department by not fully communicating with the customer and its professionals in the back. This is the third Hyundai I have had...2012 from Keyes (would NEVER go there again), a 2016 and now a 2017 from Glendale. I saw the 2017 Elantra Limited when I took my previous vehicle in for service and it had ALL THE SAFETY AND APPLE CARPLAY features that I wished the 2016 had had. Alex knew how interested I was, took my phone number and called me later in the month. He knew exactly what I wanted and found one in the port, and of course I waited for it. No steering me to a car I would not be 100% satisfied with; MUCH DIFFERENT from the previous dealership. More

I was told to not worry about the last payment of my previous lease, that Hyundai would take care of it, but Hyundai is sending me notices that I still need to pay it and now, due to lack of communication, I have incurred late fees. I was also quoted a price based on a 10K a year lease, not the 12K I specifically mentioned I needed (my prior lease had been 12K as well). I feel like I was pressured into a regular Elantra and I'm definitely missing my old GT... And having a CD player (something I wasn't aware the 2017 Elantra didn't come with). After driving outside of Palm Springs this past weekend and getting blown all over the road, I feel that the GT was a heavier/safer car. More
BRAND NEW CAR WITH PROBLEMS The brand new 2017 vehicle was delivered to me without an operating air conditioner. Despite my repeated inquiries as to why the air conditioner was n The brand new 2017 vehicle was delivered to me without an operating air conditioner. Despite my repeated inquiries as to why the air conditioner was not cooling, I was told that nothing was wrong with the car and told to drive it. I drove 2 blocks and returned only to find that the dealership closed 15 minutes early because they were watching a soccer game. I returned the car the next morning and they fixed the air conditioner. I was told that there was a recall on the part and that it wasn't installed correctly. But why was a car given to a customer and not checked if it was fully functioning! The problem was finally fixed, however, as soon as I left the dealership, the AFLS light turned on. I immediately called the service department and was told that they have never seen that happen before. I have not had an opportunity to return to get eh light checked out. BUT, a brand new car, 2017 Elantra should NOT be having any problems. I am beyond upset and perplexed. More

I can honestly say we visited every dealership in Glendale to narrow down what kind of vehicle we were looking for. We were so surprised to receive such a non-pressuring warm welcome from the Hyundai people at the Glendale Hyundai. Once we narrowed down our selection we visited other Hyundai dealerships but ultimately came back to Glendale because that's where we felt the most comfortable. We test drove cars 4 different times at this dealerships and every time we did, we never felt pressure to buy. When it came to the numbers we got an awesome deal and there were no gimmicks in the financing/contract like I've experienced before. Special thanks to Jose Luis Lomeli for making the car buying experience so pleasant. He made sure it was the right car for us and we love it. More
