Devon is fantastic! Every time he has helped me he has been polite, listened to my concerns (actually listened, not just “heard”), and made me feel like a valued customer. I have had a concern brought up been polite, listened to my concerns (actually listened, not just “heard”), and made me feel like a valued customer. I have had a concern brought up twice to another advisor and was given what I felt were vague answers, excuses on behalf of GM, or the issue being “my fault”. This time Devon helped me on my third attempt. He listened, understood what the issue was, and resolved it per the service bulletin that was issued LAST YEAR regarding transmission shudder. Thank you very much Devon, and I hope Gilchrist knows they have a keeper! More

Came in for a LOF and filters...Dave suggested a coolant flush which we added to the service. Later I received a friendly call from Dave that my car was ready ahead of time. I picked up my car and on the wa flush which we added to the service. Later I received a friendly call from Dave that my car was ready ahead of time. I picked up my car and on the way home I heard a strange noise.. I pulled over immediately and found two jack pucks still attached to the underside of my car. They each had a chain attached that was long enough to drag the ground... I called Gilchrist service but it was after closing.. L/M for Dave..I called again the next morning L/m for Dave...Finally reached him on my 3 try... My first LOF at Gilchrist was a problem instead of 7 qts os Dexos, they overfilled it with 9.8 qts...It smoked on the drive home, I had to call AAA and get a tow back to the shop... More
Forgot to do Tire Rotation I requested. Did not put a sticker on windshield to say when next oil change needed.
