Mason started off great but after we spoke. Meaning that once he left, his client should have been passed to another coworker, but they weren’t so I had to wait weeks to find out the status of my vehicle and had to spend an excessive amount money on a rental car. Once I received my vehicle, I sent it right back because they were still a check engine light. The same process happened again once I received it they were still a check engine light and upon a third time picking up my vehicle, the vehicle did not start due to lack of fuel. My experience at this dealership was terrible which should have been discovered during the last (3rd diagnosis). Communication was terrible and I would not recommend anyone to get service to their vehicle or purchase a vehicle from the dealership. More
