It took 2.5 hours to complete which made my drive back to Bend over 8 hours due to charging issue and traffic at Mt. Hood which I would had avoided if I left early as planned. My advice is to improve your process simply by follow your customer’s request and streamline the signing process. Nobody likes to waiting around your showroom while the team is scrambling to get the paperwork completed. The dealership looks great!
