I had a recall and they were able to give me an appointment to come in, I had call another dealer but it went to voice mail and they didn't call me back until the next day. We just bought a second car at this dealership. We were angry that it was never disclosed that there was only one key for the car. As a car bravo vehicle we expected this would’ve been one of the 100 odd points that were on the checklist. We were only told that there was only one key as we drove off, to catch our ferry When we asked that same evening to have a key ordered we were flat out refused by the dealership. What had been a good experience that brought us back to buy the second car has now made us feel cheated and badly used. We didn’t quibble about any of the add-on fees for the purchase - and we feel a second key is absolutely fair to get now. And it should have been disclosed as missing while we sat there for 2.5 hours as we first looked at the car and then cooled our heels waiting for the purchase process to conclude. And it should be ordered for us now. We are awaiting a call. 206-291-8266. More
