Germain Honda of Surprise answered my call on the Friday before Memorial Day at 4 in the afternoon. I needed a new alternator and they were able to accommodate me. I took the car into the dealership at ab before Memorial Day at 4 in the afternoon. I needed a new alternator and they were able to accommodate me. I took the car into the dealership at about 5 PM and they had it fixed by noon the next day (Saturday). I am so grateful for their service! Robert Solis went out of his way to help me and get my car back in working order. More
