All communication was very efficient and I got the car delivered to my house! The dealer gave me a great deal and the car was in the exact condition I had expected when it arrived. Sebastian Murzanski in service even had the tech send me videos of the car as it was being serviced. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Though I had not met any of these guys, I wish I had. in a climate like what we are in now, it is expected that you will get terrible treatment from a dealer. No matter the brand. And usually, this is the case in fact with most every other dealer I have worked with. But not Germain BMW. Though I’m 100s of miles away, I will be making an effort to buy my next ride from them as well! More

I called BMW at the very last minute to see if they could fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle too fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle took charge and immediately took my car to the service department. He asked if I wanted to wait or be taken home , I asked could he have it back to me in 90 minutes and he said yes , so I waited and after 70 minutes Jeremy had my car sitting outside!!
