I recently brought my 2020 BMW X3 in for a recall issue, and the experience with the service department at Germain BMW was outstanding. Charles Griffith at Germain BMW, as he always listens is very attentive and gets items with the car addressed in a timely fashion. While the overall. product and it’s reliability and continued problems, continues to be very frustrating and unacceptable at this price point and with the BMW name Charles Griffith continues to always exceed expectations and perform at an extremely high level, disappointing that the product itself cannot exceed expectations and perform at a level higher than expectation consistently as Mr. Griffith does More
