First I was impressed with the dealership and the process of purchasing a car. It has been over a month and my tags expire in May. I went to the license plate bureau to get my new tags. If has been over a month since my purchase and have not received my tag renewal, I have called the dealership on four separate occasions. I have been told each time they are in a meeting. This is poor customer service after the fact. I would just like a follow up phone call. Germain BMW followed up with me and apologized that this occurred. Thank you very much.
