Rhoel Gray has been our Service Advisor for over 9 years now. He is the epitome of class and his dedication to his customers is second to none. Rhoel not only represents the Service center, he represents THE BMW GROUP and company with Perfection. We feel as though we are family, as he takes such excellent care of our vehicles and is an absolute delight for us to work with.
