Right the beginning of our conversation with Dan it was obvious that he was one of those rare sales people that truly love their profession and believe in the product that they are selling. After being a purchasing manager for the last 24 years, I tend to be a hard sell. Dan made short work of all my reservations. He explained everything to our satisfaction and made all my demands - no matter how unreasonable - happen. Since 2010 we have purchased 3 new Subaru's from Dan, and all the transactions went as well as the first one did. Not only did we walk away with the cars we wanted, at the price we wanted, but we no longer have to go thru the grueling 4 to 5 hour negotiating sessions that any trip to a car dealer always ended with.
