From the no pressure approach to upfront internet pricing, to respecting my decision to use my own financing, all the way to completing the deal, I have ZERO complaints. We came in to look at a car after confirming an internet price with Meghan. From there, the can sold itself but Kenny knew everything we needed to learn about Subaru. We left that evening with NO pressure as Kenny and Sean knew were deciding on the finances portion of it. We keep in touch via email and text with Kenny and Peter the next day. Once we worked out the financing, we were able to place our deposit over the phone with Tasha. We ended up needing to pick a different car out and she found us exactly what we wanted at a fair price!! She was upfront and honest about our options and very respectful of our choices. I appreciated her for that! Peter was able to get the bill of sale to us and follow up with the rest of the details. Finally we came in and Kenny finished up our paperwork and offered us some additional options at reasonable prices with once again no pressure. We completed our paperwork with Kevin. The whole process was painless. The end paperwork was done in less than an hour. I can honestly say, we will be back to get our next car from here. More
