About as easy as it gets. After deciding I was definitely going with a Mazda6 I started calling dealers and making offers on "drive away" numbers. Most would give the runaround After deciding I was definitely going with a Mazda6 I started calling dealers and making offers on "drive away" numbers. Most would give the runaround and tell me that I have to come to the lot to get those numbers. Gerald Jones quickly reached a number with me. No hidden fees or bait and switch like nearly every dealership (read the fine print on online listings and you'll almost always see 6-900 dollars in "admin" fees--not with these guys) They were prompt in every correspondence. When I got there, my mazda was detailed, topped off and ready to go. They pointed out that there were spots with scuffed paint and I thought "here we go." But they made it right and wrote up a little something saying that they will touch up the whole car at no cost to me. The whole transaction was painless and I drove away confidently. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Ask for Robert Morgan! More

I gave this dealership a one star review because zero stars was not an option! My mother-in-law purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 less than two months ago. She brought it to the dealership yesterday to replace a dead battery. She also brought the AAA report with her showing it was dead. They then proceeded to keep her waiting 2 hours while they performed their own diagnostics. They told her the battery was not bad. They should be ashamed. They put the safety of an 85-year-old woman in jeopardy because they would not replace her $150 battery after she just purchased a $30,000 car from them! More
