The salesman Keith Owens that helped me was EXCELLENT! He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful the whole way through. I pretty much knew which car I was going to get, so there wasn't much selling me, but h was knowledgable, friendly and helpful the whole way through. He brought out a couple of the new-in models for me to see the colors, which really helped settle my decision. I had to come back the next day to finalize because the car wasn't quite ready yet and Keith had the paperwork all drawn up. The process was very fast & easy. When I called him to tell him I was coming back to get the car, he picked up the phone with a friendly "Hey Claire!," which may not seem like much, but with the world being so hectic it meant a lot that he simply saved my name in his phone and remembered who I was from the day before. I got a cover for my keyfob and because I had just purchased a vehicle, the cashier let me just choose which one I wanted without charge, which was very nice too. Where other car dealerships feel like the salespeople are hawks, this one felt very friendly and approachable (or maybe I was just extremely lucky to have been approached by Keith). After my purchase, Keith had another person buying a car, but took time with me to really go over everything I needed to know about my new car. Usually, the salesperson would've left you hanging just to make a sale, but he balanced his time to make sure everything felt personal. I just really appreciated his time and kindness. More

On my first visit for routine service for my 2016 Mazda CX-5, I was greeted by Kevin. We discussed the work to be done, while I waited at the dealership.
