Great dealership and service department! Prompt service; very friendly, helpful and courteous personnel in the service department. We arrived approximately 40 minutes early for our scheduled Prompt service; very friendly, helpful and courteous personnel in the service department. We arrived approximately 40 minutes early for our scheduled appointment to have a recall completed. The service department took our vehicle right in, advised us of any problems noted during the full circle inspection done while completing the recall, and quickly took care of those after talking with us. They even did a complimentary outside wash on our vehicle. We actually left Gerald Jones Mazda within minutes of our scheduled appointment start time! Great job! More

Great Service with a Smile! Dan and Bree took really good care of me and my Mazda CX-5 when I desperately needed an oil change and routine maintenance. I was seen the same day so Dan and Bree took really good care of me and my Mazda CX-5 when I desperately needed an oil change and routine maintenance. I was seen the same day so kudos to the scheduling department. My car was starting to make audible noises from it needing new oil and so when Dan explained the different service tiers I went with the one that would hopefully undo what I'd done to the engine through neglect. Dan checked in on my throughout my wait and the waiting room had coffee, water, and snacks! After a nice car wash, Dan came and got me with a smile and Bree helped me at the register! Approximately 6 months ago I Purchased my 2017 Mazda 6 GTP in Tampa (I love my Mazda!!) where I lived for the past 40+ years. 2 weeks ago, I made a huge leap of faith for love and left Tampa behind and moved to Evans, GA. Being the dedicated car owner I am, I was in need of someone to take care of my car aka “Sally” (we name our cars in my family, lol).
