He is one of the reasons I leased a GV70 a couple of months ago for my wife. I just had maintenance service. I was in and out in just over an hour which is fine. My one complaint, and at this point it is theoretical, is that I am outside the three year w I was in and out in just over an hour which is fine. My one complaint, and at this point it is theoretical, is that I am outside the three year window for concierge service and they won't promise me a loaner, even on a scheduled appointment. Because this was a quick in and out it wasn't an issue. I used to drive BMWs and always had loaners. If my car had a problem, I would call and they would say come on in and always provide a loaner to me. I expect that level of service from Genesis and, hopefully, will get it if I need it. Promising a loaner should never be an issue on an appointment at a luxury car dealership. More
