Ben Girard and the service technician did a great job with our service and made sure everything was fixed the first time. Ben also clearly communicated throughout so we knew what to expect. He is informative, listens, is personable, and he presents a trustworthy image and demeanor. Spends the right amount of time interacting with customers. He is one of the reasons I leased a GV70 a couple of months ago for my wife. Works with my schedule and if Service is backed up--let's me know early in the afternoon so I am not hanging around all day wiating for the vehicle to be ready. He's the best. Mickey Cummings. More
I just had maintenance service. I was in and out in just over an hour which is fine. My one complaint, and at this point it is theoretical, is that I am outside the three year w I was in and out in just over an hour which is fine. My one complaint, and at this point it is theoretical, is that I am outside the three year window for concierge service and they won't promise me a loaner, even on a scheduled appointment. Because this was a quick in and out it wasn't an issue. I used to drive BMWs and always had loaners. If my car had a problem, I would call and they would say come on in and always provide a loaner to me. I expect that level of service from Genesis and, hopefully, will get it if I need it. Promising a loaner should never be an issue on an appointment at a luxury car dealership. More
