Every service with Ben Girard is handled extremely professionally. It’s easy to make an appointment and to get a loaner when necessary, and he explains things so I always understand what’s going on.

Ben Girard and the service technician did a great job with our service and made sure everything was fixed the first time. Ben also clearly communicated throughout so we knew what to expect. He also made sure our GV70 was cleaned when we got it back. Great job, Ben and team!

Been a customer since 2018-I have a 2018 G80.--My current Service Advisor--Dove Goldman, is the best Service Advisor I've had in the 7+ years I have come here. He is informative, listens, is personable, and he presents a trustworthy image and demeanor. Spends the right amount of time interacting with customers. He is one of the reasons I leased a GV70 a couple of months ago for my wife. Works with my schedule and if Service is backed up--let's me know early in the afternoon so I am not hanging around all day wiating for the vehicle to be ready. He's the best. Mickey Cummings.
