Dealership performed all the necessary repairs and Peter was very pleasant to work with, however, having to leave your vehicle for almost one month is unacceptable. I'm sorry to say that service from this dealer does not compare well. Twice I was told there would be a loaner car for when I brought my GV80 in for service, only to learn at the last minute that no loaner compare well. It was too late for me to not have a car as I am a business owner with obligations, so I had to keep rescheduling, and was 2,000 miles overdue for the service when I could finally get in! Thank God they offer the valet service - but you have to plan quite far in advance to get that. For the cost of this car, I expect much better treatment when it comes time to service - like I used to get at the BMW and Volvo dealerships. More

My appointment on Saturday went well other than no loaner cars available. To compete with BMW service level, Genesis needs to step up their service game. . More
