We were seriously comparing cars for a new purchase. We went to the dealership to test drive the new Pallisade but saw the Genesis which was also on our list. While looking at the outside model Mason Schu went to the dealership to test drive the new Pallisade but saw the Genesis which was also on our list. While looking at the outside model Mason Schuster approached us in a calm and helpful manner. He showed us a model on the lot and then took us for a test ride and showed us a new Genesis fresh off the transport which had all the bells and whistles we were looking for. We just could not pass that up. It was a busy Friday afternoon and ran into the dinner hour. He was never rushed, helped us make the purchase right then and there. He provided extraordinary patience and help at each step-only one person to deal with other than writing the check. He explained all paperwork thoroughly and went over the car operations while we waited for our new car to be hand washed and ready to drive out. We made an appt for a few days later to review the car features when we were less tired and had time to read some information in advance. He followed up with text and emais to ensure we did not need anything and offered to follow us home in case we ran into any trouble with the vehicle operations. When they say 'white glove service' they mean it... I am not fond of dealing with dealerships and all the processes they have, but I must say this experience was very different. By the way we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new car and look forward to a continued relationship with Mason and the Genesis team. More
