The service center is still as incompetent as ever. It is a joke of a repair shop. I have honestly never had worse customer service in my life. We had multiple issues with the way they handled our situation. The most laughable one was when they told us they couldn't mount the spare tire underneath the vehicle (we asked them to fix the broken mechanism and then mount the tire once it was fixed) because there was no spare tire. It was in the back of the vehicle. They never looked, they never asked us (I told them it was there) and they didn't fix the broken mechanism! It's truly a miracle they can operate such a failure of a business. More

Worst dealership i have dealt with, bought a truck out of state and shipped it up here for 3.5k and still saved close to 10K. The service department ordered the wrong part, I have had to bring multiple veh state and shipped it up here for 3.5k and still saved close to 10K. The service department ordered the wrong part, I have had to bring multiple vehicles there multiple times for the same problem because they didn’t fix it in the first place. They also will charge you 225 per hour every time you have to bring it back if it’s not covered under warranty. So you pay 225 for them to not fix your problem, and when you bring it back they charge another 225 to look at the same problem they didn’t fix. The turn around in the service department is terrible, I keep having to work with people that have only been working there for 2 weeks, and they are trying to learn. One of them even said they would be xxxxxx if they were in my situation, Being the only CJDR in Fairbanks, they just get away with being garbage. More
