I stopped in to check out an Atlas as I was planning on purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. Luis (a young salesman) greeted me as I entered the dealership and we briefly chatted about what I was i purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. He (Luis) exceeded all expectations as far as how customer service should be done. He arranged a test drive with no hassle, stress, or pressure. Later that afternoon he texted over some preliminary numbers and by the next morning we not only ironed out a deal, but Gene Messer Volkswagen arranged delivery at my home (105 miles away). This was easily the best car purchase experience I have had and Luis is an exemplary customer service professional! More
