As usual Gene Messer Toyota took care of my car. A tire was almost flat. Fortunately I had a compressor and was able to get to GMT. They fixed it and got me back on the road. Gene Messer Toyota Service Department takes great care of their customers! I have taken my Prius to them for over 10 years. They keep you informed + let you know if they discover additional problems. Toda their customers! I have taken my Prius to them for over 10 years. They keep you informed + let you know if they discover additional problems. Today, while awaiting the 16 point Inspection, I recevied a text message with a video moving over my car's underside + detailing all the points. From the oil change- 'no problems', to the rear brakes 'probably needing work in 5000 miles'. Everyone is courteous + helpful. I will always take my car to them as needed. More
