I had an appointment to have my one hundred thousand mile check up done which when I got there they didn’t know that was what I came in for. I had my appointment at 11:30 but got there at 10:30 but was infor check up done which when I got there they didn’t know that was what I came in for. I had my appointment at 11:30 but got there at 10:30 but was informed that my car was just being started at 3:30 when I called to check on it. When they told me at 5:15 done I asked what all they did and they told me that they changed the spark plugs only to find out that they didn’t because they didn’t have them in and they were supposed to drain and refill the radiator, but said they ran out of time. I made this appointment last week and wasn’t happy that if I had an appointment at 11:30 but wasn’t started till 3:30 that was unacceptable. Because of this delay I now have to go back to complete what should have been done Monday. I am only hoping that the things I was charged for was completed which was, tires rotated, AC drained and refilled, along with checking fluids and check brakes. I have never had any problem with the services I had with Gene Messer, until now. More

It's no longer Gene Messer Toyota. The texts don't work well. They ask you to call them but then it goes to the front desk every time. The approval process on the estimates is sketchy.
