I took the car in for recall work, and it was not starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again. Lack of communication in the service department. Was told my vehicle would be ready the next day which was Friday and then didn’t hear anything. I called and didn’t get ahold of anyone until Saturda Was told my vehicle would be ready the next day which was Friday and then didn’t hear anything. I asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle and they said no and that the rental places were already closed. I was without my for 3 days when I could have just picked it up and took my car back when parts were available. Poor communication on their end. More
