I've taken my RAV4 to this dealership since I moved to Lubbock in 2021. I've always had stellar service. My most recent visit was went beyond my expectations. An issue arose when the service techs were tr Lubbock in 2021. I've always had stellar service. My most recent visit was went beyond my expectations. An issue arose when the service techs were trying to remove a lug for a tire rotation. At first, I was told I would be charged to make the repair. That didn't sound right to me, so I spoke with Stepanie W., one of the managers on duty. After a few conversations back and forth, it was determined that the the lug was likely over tightened by the technician during the last tire rotation. Stephanie arranged for me to drop my vehicle off first thing on Monday, and an Uber ride was scheduled to pick me up and take me to work, and another came after work back to the dealership. In the end, I had a successful routine maintenance, including tire rotation. I felt very heard and valued as a customer! Kudos to the service team, especially Stephanie. I'll be back for my next regular maintenance visit! M. Lindsey More
