Collision center management has an issue with honesty and truthfulness. Just hope they don't mess your car up, cause they will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for it being thier techni truthfulness. I bought a pickup there and ninety days later the motor locked up they said it would be 10 grand for a new motor lol however warranty would only cover 6 grand. Bottom line is they had already got there mon locked up they said it would be 10 grand for a new motor lol however warranty would only cover 6 grand. Bottom line is they had already got there money from the finance company so they didnt care if i fixed it or defaulted on my credit. Lesson learned i will NEVER deal with them again because they chose money over customer care. More
Really nice and down to earth people really helpful. This dealership has terrible service policies. If you make an appointment for an evaluation of av problem they will ask you to leave the car for a week before they will even look at it. I don’t understand the purpose of the appointment if they aren’t even going to look at it for a week and you need to leave the vehicle to maintain your place in line. This is truly unbelievable and whoever created the policy should go! More
Horrible... brought my car in there January 30 2021. Got it out March 19 5:30pm. I kept getting text from them stating that it would be ready each Friday.. no one called I had to follow up. Had to call my insurance company to get my car from the Ford body shop. I have a Toyota Camry. Went I picked it up the bumper was a different on than what I had ... no one told me. ... very bad customer service from GM The bill was over $6000. Car a/c did not work had a/c repaired somewhere else cost $1200. What a horrible experience. I don’t wish this on anyone. You can bet I am in touch with my insurance company to get them off my insurance preferred list. More

Two days later and no call from the dealer, so I cancelled a scheduled oil change I had for Jan. 5th. I had forgot that this was the main reason I quit doing business with them.
