I received an email for a discounted oil change so I made an appointment for 12pm to get the oil change while I wait at the dealership as Its a 40 mi I received an email for a discounted oil change so I made an appointment for 12pm to get the oil change while I wait at the dealership as Its a 40 mile round trip from my house. I showed up at 11:45 for the appointment and was told it was a 3hr wait! When I asked what my appointment was for I was informed it was just to TALK with a service advisor. When I make appointments I expect the service to be done in a REASONABLE amount of time! I left a message for the GM to call me back and see if they could make it right but got no call back. I talked with the service manager Bryan Womack and without asking offered to make things right with a free oil change! More
I had been working on a deal for about two weeks waiting on the suv to get back from the body shop. Spoke with the salesman daily, I even got a text the morning I was suppose to go pick up the car as it was on the suv to get back from the body shop. Bout 30 min later I get a call from the finance department that my bank didn’t call them soon enough and they had sold the expedition. Down right dirty, the guy stated since I didn’t finance with them and the other couple were they would be getting the Expedition. I had even let their finance team bid the APR but they weren’t a slight bit close to my bank. I will never do any type of business with them even if they gave me a free car. Little bit sour taste in my mouth to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend them! More

I emailed her after 5 pm and got a reply by 6:45 AM the next morning. My car was in her service Bay 4 hrs later. She is the absolute best!! Won't take my Lincoln Navigator anywhere else. She's professional yet makes you feel like Youre coming in to see an old friend. Her service department is fast and reliable. Can't say enough good things about this dealer. More

They didn't have time to clean it the night I bought it he said come back and we will clean it up for delivery. He stated he wanted to leave early because he was off the next day. I took the truck there at 2 PM. My elderly mother picked me up. We went back at 6 :15 pm still not ready. Waited. They come out with it washed and partially vacuumed. Still white dog hairs in back. I had pointed out a dead bird in radiator to take out and the tracks the seat moved on were so filthy. Well they delivered it still filthy didn't even wipe off doors and dash. Soda spilled on the side of passenger seat where plastic runners are holding down carpet. I paid to have my car detailed and armoralled tires shined. The whole 9 yards and they want to give me thus. Well I said you can just keep it and took my Dodge Journey and left. Got a call from Morgan Rhew online finance manager. We want to make you happy. What can we do? He told me they were unwinding the deal with Wells Fargo who overnighted them the $27,000. Said that I could buy another vehicle if I wanted. Michael Rubio manager in used car sales told me 2 different days that he had walked back to accounting and the deal was being unwinded. Got a Congratulations letter from Wells Fargo! They had no documentation of anything being undone. Next day a executive from Wells Fargo said "I understand that you are concerned and so are we. I am sending people to Gene Messer today to take care of this." Gene Messer was holding their money drawing interest whatever and messing me around also because I had went back to them believing all their lies that I didn't have the other loan. Three managers and Adrian Hernandez Finance Manager had me on the phone with his boss in the office and they said it was being taken care of ....lies. I now had the loan with Wells Fargo for a truck they have up for sale on their lot and website. My car loan which 2 weeks later still isn't paid off and they are working on making my credit report show I skipped a payment. 30 days late. Because they want to use everyone's money. Lie to banks whatever they have to do to finance you. I have at this point bought another truck from them and have 3 auto loans!! No one will return my calls!! Can't even get the GM to call me. Morgan Rhew, Michael Rubio, Adrian Hernandez. Not one person involved in my deals will return a call. They are a very dishonest Dealership. They are deceitful and once you sign the papers they are 100% done with you. They get their money overnighted to them then they won't pay off your note. What a deal for them. Seems like they are right up there with Reagor Dykes. I didn't make enough to buy the vehicle so later I found out that they told the bank I made 3 times what I do. They didn't have to do that because my dad said he would cosign. Crazy!! If you want honesty stay away from the Gene Messer dealership's. They are really shady from my personal experience. I will never do business with any Gene Messer again. A pack of liars. More
Collision center management has an issue with honesty and truthfulness. Just hope they don't mess your car up, cause they will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for it being thier techni truthfulness.
